Are these the chrome or Anthracite machined ? Did you have to buy the wheel install kit ?

They are the Anthracite version. You don't have to buy the install kit from them but you will need different lug nuts because of the offset and the factory lugs wont reach through the rim or sit right against the rim so your better off just getting the package from them. They also give you a set of locking lugs as well which is pretty cool so its not a bad deal.

Its too dark now to get a decent photo so i grabbed one from the internet. The one in the photo is exactly like mine along with the fender decal, its obviously just a different color jeep.

Are they clear coated or are the bare requiring polishing

They are clear coated and i use a protective cleaner/polish on them because of upstate NY weather. If you want i can get you some up close photos tomorrow when there is sunlight so you can see them better.
