Can you mount a hi-lift jack and/or rotoplex to the carrier?

You could probably get rotopax to fit on the sides. I am going to get tube mounts to mount my hi lift on the outside when I go wheeling. genright makes some but there a little expensive for 2 rings and a bolt.

I know this is an old thread but very interested in the GenRight Tire Carrier.
How much does the steel one weigh ?
And how hard was it to paint and install? Would powder coating be better?
I'm not crazy about the tire carriers that open separately from the tailgate. Would there be a way to make them open up together??
I think I'm going with the aluminum one with the bumper to match, to save on weight.
Thanks man ....looks awesome man!!!!

So nice!!!

I have the same

but becareful
If somebody it you in the back , due to the backet it will damage the driver side corner and the light.....but if it happens.. its a good reason to add corner armour
