I live in the mountains and most of us have parking decks since most of our houses are built on very steep slopes. Parking deck is pretty much level with the road. My house is down below. I would say that about 90% of the houses here have parking decks.

I know... it's never going to be done
That's a good thing. So many ways to mod it. Next is recovery points front and rear, until I decide on which front and rear bumpers, and a hi-lift jack and mounts for the rear door.
