It's a GOBI Ranger rack. I love it! I used a Thule gutter mount rack system to carry additional gear before and the GOBI is so much better. I also like the fact the lightbar can stay mounted if I remove the rack, unlike other brands.

I'm sure you could, but if necessary shipping from mainland might be costly.

There's a GOBI rep on the forum I think... or he's the rep for AEV which sells GOBI products.
