Dude this is awesome, can't wait to see your build pictures. I am in the process of getting some data together to get a trailer build going, so this comes at a pretty good time for me. I was originally inspired by this build, http:// lsjc.org/board/showthread.php?t=24959.
What are the measurements of the trailer, inside of the box and outside to the fenders?

Where did you purchase the axel?
***Not sure of the how to on links to outside websites, so I put spaces in after the http:// on the links, so the links don't get deleted from my post.***

I will post more detailed pics soon. Been more focused on the Dana 30 I toasted a week ago. Gonna upgrade to a 44. Scott, my friend, deserves the credit for building this trailer in his parents garage. We did a lot of brainstorming. And... in the end, it came out better than we had hoped. We just gotta figure out the cover.
The trailer tub is 4 x 6 the fenders are about 14 inches to accomodate the 33 inch tires on Rubi wheels. The sides are 16 inches high. The tongue (with rack for gas and cooler in front) is 4ft. Actual length is 10 ft. We tried to match the heigth of the trailer to sit level with my Jeep. My Jeep has the OME HD lift on 33's. The trailer rides nice and you hardly know it back there.
