Lowes $30 with simple tools.
Here is what I bought from lowes.
29.?? out the door. I have a drill and extension cord with drill bits at home.
Used the stud finder, drilled a hole and then put in the "eye bolts" the pics tell the rest.

that method worked great for me for many years with my 2 early broncos with steel tops. i went a step further and built frames lagged to the back wall and the ceiling joints out of 2x6 lumber and when the tops were up used a couple of 2x4's bolted to angle brackets on the 2x6 frame side rails to rest the tops down onto for long term storage. i'm fortunate in that i have a 12 ft garage ceiling so i can store them up out of the way long term.
now i'm not as strong, so i got a hoist-a-top with a winch and it's been well worth the money for me. i still use the 2x6 frame to rest the top on after it's winched up.
