Default My front Bumper build

Everything Bent and tacked now finish welding & taking the plasma to it for the winch opening tonight. I'm going to recess the winch and was wondering if I should make a separate plate that mounts to the inside of the frame rail or make it part of the Bumper? I used 3/16 for the bumper and will use 1/4 for the winch plate. Click image for larger version

Excuse the messy garage in the background That's called to many projects going at once.

very clean, the winch sittin low really looks nice, GOOD JOB. It make it so much better when you think about what you want instead of just throwing S*^t together.

A Lil more sanding and it will be off to the sand blaster. Then i'll spray an epoxy primer with sem bedliner on top. I ordered mbrp bolt on shackle mounts today. Then more cardboard cutting to design the rear. Thanks for the kind words as it's my first bumper build.
