Just got done building me a set of bumpers. Used 6 inch channel. 1/4" thick. These things are stout.

Ordered the D-Ring mounts from Cutthroat4x4 Awesome people. Killer product.

They took the time to key the tabs through the 1/2" plates & weld them from the back side as well.
