On the other side it is the same so an additional 6 gerry cans can be carried. They purposely don't built a tank into it as quite often after time the water goes stale and starts to smell, and if ever you need to do a recovery, you can quickly lighten the load by taking the gerry's off, then put them back on when free. A water tank underneath would also reduce the ground clearance and increase wind drag.
