Hey Im new here and I see alot of people are building bumpers so I thought I`d share mine. Hit a deer this morning so I built this this afternoon.![Click image for larger version

I only had a couple hours to work on it, I still need to put my factory driving lights back in and build a Light bar once my tube bender comes in.

looks nice. what did u use? c channel? im gonna make my own this coming summer and been trying to get ideas. I actually like the factory stock bumper, so im thinking just replicate it bt with steel and a midwidth. so the length is actually measured 1/2 the width of the tire or from rotor to rotor length. bt idk yet. just a thought. i really like shrock works midwidth bumper

I used 6x6x3/16" square tubing, and 3 and 4" - 3/16" flat bar. C channel has to square of an edge for my liking, I used the box tubing for the top and front to give a nice radius edge and less welding.
