Only the drivers side is rated. You have to be more careful with the passengers side.

These Jeeps are sneaky animals. Don't crap your pants if one day your tire valve stem is on the top of your wheel and another day it is down at the bottom.....

come on.... the other 2 badges (or stickers) are on both sides. It was logical for me to expect the trail rated badge was on both sides too. I have never seen a vehicle with a badge on only one side before.

So, once you do the antenna mod, you will have one decal that is countersunk and one that is not. So now I'm looking for a European passenger fender for my driver side.
Not that easy. If I recall correctly, the manual says it takes 14 hours to swap a fender - they are not just bolted on.

I could be wrong...

Wink

Could you imagine someone buying a wrangler on the assumption that all are 4x4? I talk to a lot of non Jeepers and they assume that ALL Jeeps are 4x4s.

"Trail Rated" is a clever marketing gimmick that Jeep uses to make their Vehicles sound different than the compitition. If a Compass can be "trail rated" it kinda devalues a JK's "trail rated" worthy-ness IMO.

The badge is just there in lui (spelling) of a 4X4 sticker.

Like everyone said before if it has a T-case its trail rated. Even an auto.
