I wanted to buy J. E. Reel. But it was just a bit out of budget and the forum raves about both so..........

Have you noticed any issues with runnin 35's? I noticed you have not upgraded the axle shafts or regeared yet. How is the Procal working for you, I've heard a few people avoid it like the plague. Can't wait to see your bumpers installed, bet it looks sick!

No problems with 35's at all! Drives quite well. I would like to re-enforce my axles and gusset c's but it's not in the budget yet. Those are on the "to do list". If I re-gear I'll probably do 4.88's but I really don't mind it as is. However I've not been offroad with the 35's yet. Which I'm sure is were I'll notice it most. I have a six speed so it is not as bad for me.

Procal is nice. Simple, does what it's supposed too. It doesn't do anything fancy like Superchips, but I don't need all that hoopla. My speedo is correct, tpms disabled, and it has a few other handy features as well.

I can't wait to do bumpers too!!! Hopefully I'll get rear test fitted tomorrow or Saturday, and off to be powder coated Monday. Then we wait...........

I was going to leave this comment alone as it tends to start a war on this forum but I just wanted to say if you do go with the TW shafts make sure you upgrade to Spicer or Neapco joints. I've read that the ones they use standard are prone to premature failure.

I picked up a bunch of odds and ends this morning. I tried to collect all the "have these before you start" items along with some high heat paint for the rusty muffler, and Red Rock matching spray paint and touch up. For the holes for tramp stamp and for the web on the carrier. Also I ordered a PVC valve and picked up some throttle body cleaner. Royal purple 10/30 and a K&N oil filter....... Hopefully with this stuff I can slow my oil burning and gain back a tad of gas mileage. Lots to do.... Time to get started.
