Looks good Kntr! I think you made the right choice. I prefer the body color vs. black-just my opinion.

OK, I got up early and put the grill back in. The color matches almost exactly. I didnt have time to take pics outside but here are a couple for ya. Should I put the Jeep letters back on? Hmmm... I cant decide.

I must say that if you just told me "Hey, I got my grill Line-Xed" I'd be like "WHAT??!??! "

But that looks REALLY GOOD!!!

Is that a standard Line-X color? Or do they have a way of color matching?

Now you can tell all of your frends that it is a special radar/laser absorbant material that will keep you from getting tickets!!!

BTW, what was up with the Gorrilla Glue and your tabs? This is a mod I'll be doing either this weekend or next weekend.

I'm curious as to how the letters would look back on. Maybe temporarily mount them so you can see how they'll look

For guys that have done the grill mod....
Did you just add the glue to the two way tape and then stick them on?

When they popped off they were still wet under the tabs. I left them sit about 20 hrs. How long does it take Gorilla glue to dry completly
yes right on the 2 sided tape stuff
only 2 of mine didn't take for some reason

I didnt let the Gorilla glue dry long enough the first time. I put the glue right on the two sided tape. The tape seems like it didnt let the glue dry right away. I left it overnight (again) with a fan blowing on them and the glue was as hard as a rock. There is no way the mesh is coming off under normal circumstances.

Yes, they can match any color with the paint code. And yes, Line X is flexable.

I think Ill stick the JEEP letters back on temporarily and see if I like them.

Hmm... what else can I Line X. Just wait and see.
