Where did you find a crate engine and tranny that cheap?

So those parts and the $4,500 install kit is all that is needed...besides a bit of knowledge and tools obviously.

Now these are pretty cool. i am guessing they are standard size? I wonder how much the cans and mount are?
Someone else actually makes the can they just resell it. I saw when searching for camping gear. And they were not very expensive. Kolpin is the company that I beleive makes variations of this can.

3: Where can I find those Signal Guards?![/QUOTE]

I don't believe those are signal guard, On the military equipment I work on they have blackout lights. Basically an Infrared Emitting light for driving at night using Night Optical Devices (NODS) or Night Vision Goggles (NVG's)
All the U.S. Military vehicles have them. They put out the same amount of light wearing the NVG's as a regular light does without.

Great pics! These are the best pics of that military spec J8 that I've seen. I love that thing and the setup it has. I've read that the pricing on it is something like $35K, I would have to seriously consider finding the extra coin to purchase if they ever offered it.
