Mickey thompson baja claws

325/85/16 baja claws after 4 years. They are the best mud tire iv had. Better then nittos and not as loud, as for for these tires lasting a long time it depends, iv had people get 65,000 out of them, people get 85,000 out of them, iv also seen people get 30,000 out of them. For being on a light vehicle like a jeep you can't go wrong. They aren't a tire you would want to use in snow, unless you want to end up in the ditch. .

I had good experiences with the claws in the snow.....running down the interstate at 45 when everyone else is creeping at 5 down the shoulder.
But YMMV- it's VA, we don't get a ton of snow.

As far as I know, they don't make a 35x12.50R17 for the claws. They do make a 315/70R17 (same size but metric) of the TTC version.
Mickey Thompson Part 5876 - LT315/70R17, Baja Claw TTC Radial
Lot cheaper there than what you got quotes for. Although still not cheap.

They are pretty expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for?
