I will get some photos of it later today. I just took it out for a long drive and no heat issues at all.

I found channel locks and WD40 really helped to remove the isolators. In all took about an hour to install mine. I found that you don't have to remove the transfer case skid plat to get the old exhaust off. Just remove the muffler then pull the pipe straight out the back.
I found that as well... but i did at the begining anyways.

Sorry a little late to help with the install. Looks like you guys got if figured out. Any type of lubricant and some elbow grease will usually do the trick.

Now you really get to notice how wimpy the stock set up sounded.......... enjoy.

So when you guys say relocated, does that mean that you have relocated the evap canister and have the muffler in that location?

Is the version that sits in the stock version a complete cat back as well?

Is it better to go aluminized or stainless?

Yes they do have an exhaust that goes in the stock location.

And the Relocate question if I remember correctly. They recommend doing a evap relocate due to heat. But it will still fit with Evap in stock location.

These systems are all bolt on cat-backs. Sound clip is available by clicking the link below! If you have any other questions about this exhaust or any of our other products let me know.

I would love to hear a sound clip of a rear mount 2-door, just to see if there is any difference compared to the relocated Unlimited sound clip I have heard previously.
Here is a short clip of a two door with our system installed. One of our customers added this to youtube a while back...

Thanks Gokracer1, you are right...We offer systems that relocate the stock muffler up near the evap canister. The 4 door jeeps do not need to have the canister relocated. We reccomend you move the evap canister on the 2 doors because the muffler sits next to it. It will fit without having to move anything, but the prolonged heat could cause issues for a 2 door. There is a great kit made by Woods that will work for any one interested in relocating their evap system.

On the rear passenger side I cut the rubber isolator.
I didn't need it anyway for my relocated version.

here are some pics.

This is everything in the box. It was packed tight when it arrived.

inside the muffler...

This is what a stock exhaust looks like up in Canada after a winter

more rust... this was tough to get off.

this beast is finally off.

Done! can't even see the exhaust from the rear.

Well i'm glad thats over.
First off the exhaust sounds great. When i first started it up it put a giant smile on my face. Sounds how the jeep should have sounded like from the start. I have only driven it around the block so far but it feels great. I cant wait to test it out some more.

My camera battery died so i had to use my phone camera part way through.
I can take more pics / sound clips later when its charged.
Great write up! I'm glad you got everything figured out...Thanks for posting the pictures.
