Looks good. imo I think this is one of the best sounding mufflers on the jk. Do they sell just the muffler by itself? I wanna relocate mine too

Looks great, congrats!

I would love to hear a sound clip of a rear mount 2-door, just to see if there is any difference compared to the relocated Unlimited sound clip I have heard previously.

Give Steve a call, 1-888-636-7223 he will get you hooked up with a muffler if you would like. You mentioned relocate system, we offer a full bolt on relocate exhaust systems for the Jk as well. Steve has some killer prices on the systems right now .
Hope this helps.

The 2 door and the 4 door sounds the same. Here is a link to you tube showing our cat back for the JK

Well its finally on.
Taking off the stock exhaust was a b!tch. took most of the time.
I managed to get all the hangers off except one.
Used WD40 and a giant flat head screwdriver. And some elbo grease
On the rear passenger side I cut the rubber isolator.
I didn't need it anyway for my relocated version.

here are some pics.

This is everything in the box. It was packed tight when it arrived.

inside the muffler...

This is what a stock exhaust looks like up in Canada after a winter

more rust... this was tough to get off.

this beast is finally off.

Done! can't even see the exhaust from the rear.

Well i'm glad thats over.
First off the exhaust sounds great. When i first started it up it put a giant smile on my face. Sounds how the jeep should have sounded like from the start. I have only driven it around the block so far but it feels great. I cant wait to test it out some more.

My camera battery died so i had to use my phone camera part way through.
I can take more pics / sound clips later when its charged.

Could you also let us know if you have any heat issues in the floor of the jeep with the muffler relocated? Thanks in advance!

Will do, but i dont think it will be an issue. It runs down the same location the stock one did.
