It's a combination of PVC and ABS, primered, cemented, sealed, sanded, rubberized, then bedlined.
I also ground down any writing, stumps, or nubs that were raised up on the surface of the PVC.

That looks pretty good. Could you post some close-up pics as well as under the hood?

Very nice job, you have to take a look if you can of the australian outback challenge competitors, a lot of them use home made snorkels, and they work very good.

You people.
It isn't worthless.
Just look and say oh, cool.
You only need under hood pics to figure out how to do it. Lol.

That said, I have 3 different underhood prototypes I am trying out over the next month. When I choose which I like the best, I will post pics. ...and, for you beggars, maybe a brief write up.

Ok. Here is what is going on with under the hood.

First of all, I experimented with the following:

1. PVC/abs to filter/ intake

2. flex hose

3. Aluminum pipe and rubber elbows.

What I finally decided on was the following. I am using PVC and ABS to make a perfected template. Then I am going to have 2.5" steel pipe mandrel bent to those specs to allow maximum airflow. Will post pics when all is done.

That's sick. Obviously the tat business is way too slow in Henderson for you to run all these mods.

I want a pic of the snorkel on, 4 fog lights, and no fenders...

Maybe Andrew can run by so you can install his lift for him before the Sunday Mardi Gras Parade too?

Good work!

LOL. Not even close to slow. I'm slammed every day from open to close. However, I don't open until 2pm, so my mornings are free for me to play when my 2yr old takes her nap.
Can't give you the pic you want. The front bushwackers are already on. Sorry.
