I thought he was making a joke..... 4" wow, i wish thats all we got in Maine was 4". Snowing now, supose to get over a foot of more snow today.

I also was in birmingham for the gigantic blizzard of 2011... it was terrible..... had to wait until noon to go buy beer...... Oh the Humanity!
