Loudest is the gibson split duals. My Dad has them and they rattle the cab.

My flowmaster is louder at WOT and makes your eardrums bleed, but below 4000k, its civilized.

Only pic I have is this, of the Gibson tip I bought off of jptwinz peeking out of the rear. The flowmaster is a 40 series delta flow bought from redex. (thanks guys!). Flowmaster is just welded on in place of the stock muffler and it is a perfect sound for a JK IMO. I would like the gibson, since I am deaf, but I can't imagine it on a 2 door considering how it vibrates the mirrors in my dads unlimited!

Gibson = loud and droning vibration from 1k to 6k
Flowmaster = aggressive and slightly powerful from 1.5K to 4k, and then after that earplugs are needed.

Gibsons are the loudest of all, but the flowmaster hits that "Sweet Spot" above 4k rpm which actually amplifies the sound. (IMO - I'm deaf, so I base on feeling, not volume)

On another note: a lot of people are having problems with the quality of the Gibson systems. My dad had the alumnized dual system and it rotted out and fell off in 10 months. It was replaced with a stainless system which is holding up pretty good so far, but the welds are rusting up really fast.

My flowmaster is alumnized and I know it will not last forever, but I covered it with liberal engine paint in black. So far, so good.

Flowmaster dual set up.
It was too loud - added a small glass pack to lower the rumble

The loudest exhaust is one with no converters and no muffler.
