Wow those look huge! I assume the wheel choice would come into play with this question....Do you think it would be possible to get 14.50's covered at the top using the Bushwacker Pockets?
How about any downsides vs. a 13.50? Thank you.

Thanks fellas..... yeah just waiting on the Dana 30 crowd to show up lol
Yes a 13.50 is a better, more respectable fit with less tire sticking out it has less coverage issues and of course the simple physics behind center of pressure on your wheel hub and less rolling resistance etc etc.... but then again it's a preference. I'm gonna try this set up and if I don't like it I will change back to a 13.50 or 12.50 but I wanted to try and see and there's only one way to do that... risky? Perhaps but I'll know shortly if it was worth it
As far as tire coverage I couldn't say one way or the other right now. Are the pocket flares any wider?
Yeah wheel choice was a factor.... American Racing AR-23's 15x10 with 3.75" of back space and -44mm offset.
ALso going to be welding in C-gussets and possibly an axle truss.... front shafts will be swapped eventually (or sooner lol) for chromoly or RCV's.
Can't wait to see how it's going to perform!
Looks like yours is coming along just fine scotty6336 in your avatar! Nice flexy
I'll keep you posted how this is developing
