Yes, it will just didn't get it all the way over the tire on the underside. I've been running it like you see it since I got it, at more than the legal limit on the interstate and it hasn't budged. This one was designed for a 32" tire, they had other sizes too.

This is the one I've got- the guy before me had it for his stock tires and I had it over an exceptionally wide and meaty claw.
