Then go to Pep Boys and buy their mud tires. They are usually buy three get one free.

I dont have pictures right now, but the cooper STT and the hankook dynapro MT are both good mud tires that are usually cheaper than others.

I looked at STT's and they are a sweet looking tire, but best quote I got on a 33"x18 size was nearly $300 a pop. Not what I would consider cheap, but still a sweet looking tire.

Go with an AT instead of a MT and you can still get "somewhat mean" looking for less money.

All tires are gonna be more expensive for an 18in rim. For the price you pay for 5 18in tires, you could probably get a set of 16 or 17in rims and tires!

wow. thats a lot. I checked on the 37 12.50 17 for mine and the STT was almost $60 per tire less than the KM2's. I have not looked at other sizes though. Most AT's will be cheaper than an MT.

Check to see if blems are available in the Cooper STT's. I'm running 15" wheels, but I got my 35x12.50's for $180 each. They were blems, but the only issue was that they were all missing a white letter. I run black walls out anyway.

Default Hankook Dynapro M/T

In my opinion, best tire value for the money. I got five 35's for less than $950 installed with tax.
