yes, the Hurricane has 4 wheel IS along with 4 wheel independent steering.

If I remember correctly from when this came out a couple of years ago, it has the drivetrain out a 2500 Dodge Power Wagon including a Cummins Diesel and was label as competition for the H2.
If it had been built I would have a Rescue and a JK, instead of an H2 and a JK.

I was at the show the OP got the pics from. It was for Unlimited Offroad Centers; nice shop, nice guys, they set up a 36,000 square ft. test track for anyone to run their rigs on free. Also, these concepts were there, here's the spec sheets that were by the Gladiator and Rescue, hopefully you can read 'em.
Oh man that Hurricane sounded beautiful when they started up the dual hemi's. Yes, I said they started it up and kept revving it to 4 or 5K for like 10 minutes. It was amazing sounding.
