i def leaning towards this bumper. how much of a pain is it to install those lights it comes with all the stuff needed or no?

Well..

The install of the bumper isnt bad if you read the write ups here. Since LoD does not give you ANY instructions, you really need to.

The lights are a whole other thing. You have to wire them and run the wire all the way to the dash where you would then have to install a switch to turn em on and off as you want.

I just didnt bother to hook them up, I dont really need them. When i installed the front LoD i did hook up the stock lights there tho.
