First things first, needed to get rid of the few little "chrome" bits.. Removed the JEEP emblem, and headlight bezels and painted flat black. It made a big difference IMO.

A few weeks went by, and I finally made up my mind and put in an order at Northridge and Discount Tire Direct. I was VERY excited to see that Brown Santa came just a few short days later.

Got the itch this morning to get these bad boys mounted and installed, so off to the local tire shop I went.

285/75R17 BF Goodrich KM2s - measures approx 34" unmounted
17x9 Rugged Ridge Wheels - Satin Black

So i ran one wheel/tire down to the shop, as i wanted to reuse stock TPMS, the shop pulled my spare, and were working on it to see if it would all work out ok. They gave the thumbs up, so i ran home to grab the rest of the wheels/tires... here was my first glance at the pairing when i returned back to the shop

so off i went, anxiously finding things around the house to keep me occupied until i went back to the shop at noon... walked through the door and BAM... could not be more excited

Removed the spare tire holder, running no spare for awhile.. won't be doing any serious wheeling anytime soon. this is my DD.

Also removed front air dam as i rubbed at full turn.

Waiting on a few more items to arrive (supposedly Monday).
- Teraflex Leveling kit
- Procal
- ARB high output onboard air

Default 285/75-17

A little bit more info, as i know this is something i searched far and wide for while i was researching.

285/75-17 BFG KM2s

Factory spec
33.9" -- i found this to be accurate

Mounted on 17x9" wheel, under load of Jeep
Right around 33.5", maybe a hair under

With no lift, I measured a 1.25" overall height increase to the Jeep, over the stock GY SRA's. Rubbed on stock air dam at full turn.

Thanks I'm really happy with how it looks. Thinking the leveling kit will make it perfect.
