Update
Well, my part of the prep work is finally done. Phew! This project was definitely more more than I envisioned in the beginning. If you're considering doing this, it's certainly not for the faint of heart ... Ripping apart my beloved Jeep and making a mess of everything better be worth it! Haha.
It goes in tomorrow at 8am to Line-X. Cross your fingers! Attached some more pics for your viewing pleasure...

Looks great...I'm looking to do the same on my 2010 Rubi sometime in the near future.
Can't wait to see how it turns out.
If you don't mind, once it's finished what was your final cost estimate for the project when it was all said and done?

Well ... I just dropped if off at Line-X ... He said it will be an overnight job.
Not sure on the price yet, I'm guessing $500-$550ish.
I'll post up with pics and the final damage.

Nice I'm going to be doing this next summer since I'm tired of having wet carpet syndrome all summer long! can't wait to see the final pics of this, nothing looks better than a nice line-x job done right. That stuff will take years of abuse!

It's done...
It's all back together now, but I took the pics before I put all the trim pieces back in so you could see what it looks like.
My shop charged me $627 with tax, that included spraying the seat brackets and removing the back tailgate to spray it. He said he wouldn't do another one like mine for that price. I think I got a fair deal.
I'm just glad this project is over with! Haha
