Alright, I just got this finished today and I'm pretty happy with it. I was looking into half doors but didn't want to trade my full doors or pay thousands of dollars for the factory kind. So, I came up with this idea.... Let me know what you think!

[IMG]http://my.project-jk.com/data/1756/medium/IMG000181.jpg[/IMGlooks awesome...by the way..how come in the last pic it almost looks like the line-x is lifted by the mirror???

It just went on a little thicker there I guess. It's only noticeable when you're that close up though.

I would do the B-pillar. For now, you can put black tape on it for a few days & see how you like it.

Thanks. It seems I keep hearing that I created a poll so can see it all in on one page.

When I had half doors on my TJ, I loved them because they were half doors that you could take the tops off, not because they looked good with the tops on. Their only value was with no uppers on in the summer; that's when they looked good...the rest of the time they were a pain in the butt. At least you don't have to deal with vinyl windows...and the line-x should withstand pinstriping from branches better than the paint does...

I don't see the point in putting pretend soft uppers on, but hey, if you love it, that's all that matters, what I think doesn't.
