It wouldn't cost to much if you do most of the prep work yourself. Have a buddy in Winnipeg that works at the line-x dealer there and he said if I were to take out all the carpet and seats and such that it would be just about 700 bucks. And that's for a unlimited. So it would be a bit cheaper for a two door.
Some also useful info, he did it to the inside of his TJ and he said it does get a little bit colder now in the winter. But he also didn't keep the carpet in it.
