That's with no filters so they're on spot and I didn't bring any filters with me. I use wide filters because it's easier to see moose and wolves darting out of the woods at me. I also use them on the roads and having them aimed like this makes them legal and keeps the cops happy, well, happier.

I guess the fuzz up your way are stickier than here. He'll, even the rcmp here has hella on their highway patrol cars for moose. As long as you switch off for on coming traffic, they don't car what you have.
Mine are aimed up the road as you can see, They have a good spread in front of the jeep for close in, They could be a little better but I would rather spot stuff further up the road.

If I had a super long drive on a highway or back road it wouldn't be a big deal. It's a 4 mile in-city trip usually with traffic constantly coming at me. I'd fry the bulbs constantly turning them on and off. When I get more lights I'll aim the 170s up higher and use something like Dually 2s in a flood beam for every-day driving.

Do you have just low beams or just highs...or both?
What were they in the pictures.
Which kit did you use?
You just stuck a hid bulb in?

Now that's a picture man! I have the silverstar ultras too, got then for $20 so why not. I am going to get two of the original rigid duallys here shortly for the windshield. I have a double row 20" on the hood right now.
