I was thinking of painted my Stock rubicon wheels matt black. has anyone dos this?

looks good... but upkeep would be a pain...

i would have to paint them after every weekend

You could powdercoat them and then no worries about touch up.

Paint them! I highly reccomend it! I had mine painted for like 4 months and they still looked freshly done! If you powdercoat them when it scratches (and it will) you have to have them re-done. If you scratch the paint all you have to do is sand them and re-coat! send me a pm with your email and I will send some pics and the method that I used

Anybody paint the 16 in X wheels?
I have a couple of ideas just not sure how the hell to do it (or which would be best). kinda hard to explain but I thought about painting either the outside of the spokes or just the spokes themselves. I think that might look pretty decent on the X wheels. Maybe??
