toushea, there is always a way, but unless they pop the trunk, or cut out the top wood, they cant.
Now with what i have done with mine, there is no way you can fold down the rear seats unless you open the trunk to pull the box a little foward to give way for the seat to fold, and i have also used the bolts that the infiniti sub used to bolt down to also secure it
