Good thing we don't live near each other (;
So what does yours look like?
Any pics to show?

Paint from dealer, 5oz touch-up spray, about $9.00 a can
Used 2 cans to do 5 wheels, about 1/4 can left over.
The info on the tag is:
PVG-HVG
MANGO TANGO P/C

Never saw this one but it does look good.
One big difference for me is I didn't as he said" pay way too much & go out of budget" I spent I think $30.00 for paint & tape and did it myself.
That being said, his wheels do look pretty sweet!

I didnt do it yet ive been scared.. I dont have the steadiest hand, but I think you motivated me to do it...

Thank you SO much for all of the specs/info on the paint, I guess ill be ordering it up soon and trying it!

So just some sanding before, and a clearcoat after!? (dumb question, you did it with all the wheels on, i presume?)

Glad to see you went back to straight orange... the black pin strips killed the refined look you had!!

Sorry if I missed it in your post... how did you sand them? What grit did you use?

Thanks!!

I just used some 320 grit to knock the shine down on the rim then wiped with laquer thinner to clean any oil or grease on the rim, then sprayed and clear coated. I used 1 full can (5oz) and about 2/3 of another to do the 5 wheels.

Yes, 320 grit to lightly scuff the rim, wipe down prior to paint with laquer thinner, paint and clear coat.
All done with wheels on, will remove wheels to do calipers next.

Excellent! I will be doing this soon! How did you order the paint? Right through Mopar or? Wonder if I can find it somewhere else (as in, NOT going through the dealer?)

Went thru dealer, didn't want to run the chance of the color being off plus paint was in the next day after I ordered.
Paint code for the M/T is PVG/HVG

Here's mine again, wheels back to orange with painted in "Jeep" and added my new decals.
Next is visit to tire shop to get weights moved to insideof rim.
It's a Rubicon and I'm Puerto Rican so the name made sense to me.

Nice decals... (though can't go for the ones next to the windshield due to my kids. School might freak out when I drop off in car pool... lol).
