Thank you!
For a daily- yes. The 33's are actually very capable off-road without killing your on road comfort. You can still get the tires balanced at most places without question. The 35's are nice but they do pull away from the pleasure of driving sometimes. I'm sticking with 35's for a year before I decide if I'll keep them or try something different. I'm hoping they're more fun when I take it out on the rocks. Gas mileage also took a hit and I drive -a lot- so that's part of why I prefer the slightly smaller tire.

You've got the 3.6 so you won't feel the drag like I do with the old motor. With the new motor they'd probably be fine so long as you've got the 3.73 gears in the axles.
I will say this though- if you're considering a larger tire then you should probably just go with them otherwise you'll end up selling them a short while down the road to go bigger. Like I said, I've been on MANY different tires with this jeep and 35's are a good compromise. I bolted a set on the jeep back in 2010 and I think I've been struggling to get back to that "look".
35" km2's on my stock 2dr w/ 4dr coils back in 2010.....I'm back on those same wheels again 6 years later.

Thank you! Long story - It started out as a Rock Krawler stock mod. It was when their 3100 progressive springs first came out so it netted around 3.5-4" because of how light my Jeep sits and being a 2 door.
I then added RK arms, Poison Spyder Crusher Flares and a 1" body lift. The body lift was for my rear bumper because it was rubbing when going offroad - since then, I ditched that setup and have been paying the price for having a body lift ever since. (dont ask)
Tires are 35x12.50x17 Goodyear Fierce Attitudes with Procomp Flat Black wheels.

35's, 2.5", regular flares...I'll get them mounted back up one day but you can see what I took off to make it work.

The high rate 4dr coils were the equivalent of a low lift/ level kit. The front bumper needs trimming or replacement as I've got above. You shouldn't have any need for trimming the rear pinch seam since you've got the new model. 13ish is when they started trimming them out of the factory. You're correct in the flares- they may rub on decent bumps if you don't do a trim like I've done with the low lift.

What 2.5 lift did you roll with? I'd rather not trim the flares.. and buying new ones isn't my top priority, I'd rather keep them stock for the time being, I've been thinking I could sneak away with a leveling kit but as you said it'd be tight on bumps.. then again I live in FL so not like I'm going mountain trailing, some mud pits and the beach will be the extent of her off road adventures
The parking lots with dips for the entrance/ exit were places I could get the rear tires to bump the flares. Now.....I sold my 285/70-17 tires to a guy who is running them on a stock 2dr with no height modification, no trimming, nothing. He hasn't said anything about any issues. I've been up and down with lifts but I don't recall issues with the 33's. They're a safer bet but you'll always want to go bigger.
The easy way to try it before you buy it is to buy used or find a friend that will loan you some tires. I found a bunch of used 35's that would last a good year or so for $100-200 but took the plunge and went for $1300 worth of BFG's.

I'm on the equivalent of a rock krawler 2.5" stock mod/ flex kit- somewhere in between the two kits. Stock flares were cheap to buy and cut- $15 for all 4 with all liners so it was tough to turn them down.
