No sir it came that way. I love the pumper no problems yet been on there about 6 months paint is a bit thin though but when it comes of we have a great local powdercoater when the time comes. Great price to don't forget the skid plate though bumper would be lonely:whiskey:

A friend's Rubicon 2 door with the Hemi 6.1 conversion from Burnsville offroad, built mostly for sand dunes and street use, the transfer case is replaced by a regular JK one with the 2.72 ratio, the Jeep moves:
