The volant flexes at the hinge point, and I believe it connect through a large grommet seal underneath.

hay Camp still waiting on the bikini nack for my two door if you ever decide to make one at least you would have one buyer once i recover from xmas.

I have posted pics of the volant seal. I did modify mine a bit and so did another to sit up higher and make a better seal with aluminum spacers.

I wrote the bash comment for the guys who would say why cut a massive hole in a new aev hood.

I don't know why people bash this snorkel. Looks just as good as the AEV IMO. Interesting that you didn't go with the AEV, since you already have the heat reduction hood and wouldn't had to do any cutting. Any particular reason why?

I was wondering the same thing, but he had the snorkel before the hood, so now it makes more sense.
