I've done this on my last three jeeps. The firewall hole is right there and all the wiring is hidden. A 3/4" hole per switch and that's it. Been happy with it three times now.

Yeah, sPOD is pricey. Something you might also consider for your plan is a fuse and relay box. Haven't ever seen this particular one used, but it seems like an elegant solution instead of the usual wiring harnesses provided by the lighting manufacturers. If properly installed, it is waterproof, which the sPOD disappointingly is not ...

I'd suggest sticking the 20" on the rack pointing forward, 1 6" on each side at 45 degree angles and then one on each corner in the back at 30 degrees. It'll give you full coverage in all angles.

All too often on this forum you see guys with a crap ton of lights and they are all pointing forward. Its great to light up the tree in front of you but what about the drop/ditch/turn beside you?
