I DONT LIKE THE GAP EITHER BUT ON THE ROUGH COUNTRY WEB PAGE THEY SAY THEM HAVE A GAP ELIMINATOR COMING SOON. IM NOT SURE WHAT THAT IS BUT I BET I BUY IT I GOT THE JACK CARRIER FROM QUADRATEC IT IS PRETTY SWEET. EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS BUT IT DOES ITS JOB. I ACTUALLY PAINTED MY REAR GAP BLACK TO MATCH MY BUMPER IM NOT SURE IF I LIKE IT A LOT YET BUT IT DOES LOOK BETTER THAN BEFORE THE PAINT.
LOL. JK
It looks good!

i had the caps lock on ha! I have the smittybilt trail jack and their are two wing nuts that go on the base of the jack to the mount but the holes would only line up for one. i need to drill another hole for the base. the lift kit was missing 4 bolts and nuts also! 20 bolts total and 4 missing damn. picked them up in town though and thanks for the compliments everyone.

i know 35's on a 3.21 gear ratio will be shit but i will need new tires before i save up enough for the gears. i doubt i have the tires on for to long before i regear though plus its not my dd i have an 85 cherokee i drive to work. i probably just wont wheel it after the 35's until i put the new gears in.

i like it a lot. the ride is good and it was a lot cheaper than most lifts. i didnt get control arms with it they were not avalible when i bought it but i put some teraflex ones on the front lower and rear upper. i have had it on for over a year and the only probs i have had are with the shock bushings. i have had to replace a few of them which isnt a big deal really. i wanted a little more height so i added the rc 1.25 and like it!

I am no expert by any means but the are beefier so they hold up better. They help with how it drives quite a bit also. I have a lot less play in my steering wheel since the front lower teraflex arms i put on. If you are going to need a new drive shaft after the lift the rear upper control arms are a must. Like i said i am no expert to these things but this is what i have learned from my experience and what i have read from others. I just had my stock control arms on until i recently upgraded. I had the stock ones for probably 7 or 8 months and no real issues other than my steering was pretty loose. hope this helped maybe someone else will chime in.
