The Rock Hard rear bumper / tire carrier I won on the 10th day of JK-mas showed up yesterday. I got everything unwrapped and it's all in good shape. I'm doing the install this afternoon.

I'm glad you're installing it. It's good to see the prize going to someone that can use it.

That looks nice saginawmike. Now no swear words while you install it. That would detract from the whole Christmas spirit !

I got my OR-FAB tire and gas can rack (day 7 ) mounted this weekend. (I Know photos will follow) JK- MAS was SWEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing how similar that is to the Jeeperman rear. Just glad I can still get parts from Rocj Hard that will fit mine.

Looks great, lets see some pics of it installed.

Install has started. It was fun just driving to garage in the backyard. There is no driveway yet and I just use it for storing my toys in the winter. The Jeep plowed right through the foot and a half of snow on the ground. Once in the garage with the heater on the snow is melting and dripping on my face. I'm taking a break right now then it's back to work.

Well I'm finished for today. I still have a few detail to finish.

I have a couple questions for anyone that has installed a tire carrier.

I don't want to cut the wire for the third brake light. I was thinking of pushing the whole harness into the tailgate and securing it with zip ties.

What do you use to plug the hole?

Also what do you do with those two tire bumpers on the tailgate? They look like crap just sitting there. Does anyone have part numbers for some plugs to put in the holes?
