They aren't as strong as they were before, but at 60 mph they were fine. I'll figure out how to strengthen them later on.

The paint did not chip at all, not even a little bit. I used a jigsaw with a metal bit to cut them, it worked perfectly. I have more woodworking tools than metal working ones so.......
