Too MANY weights - you got a bad rim. It happens. Take it back. Get it replaced. Sooner rather than later. If these were mounted and balanced FOR you, the tire shop has some serious 'splainin' to do. Ask for the manager. Take him out to your Jeep. Point at that back rim, but don't say anything. Just stand there, looking pissed off.
If he's smart, he'll first turn green, then offer to give you whatever you want.
