No, that TSB is for horizontal panels like the cowl and hood. This problem exists on the doors (interior and exterior) and the quarter panels of silver Wranglers, which is a lack of paint, so much that you can see the primer. The dealership has been given the authority to repaint my 2008 from DC. Yes, you read that right.

Mine looks EXACTLY like that. Like a striping when the sun hits it a certain way.
