Please do post a write up (instead of getting a dozen PMs) on how you built it. I have been think about making a similar cover (and a million other things ) for my spare. I am particularly interested in how you attached the Cover to the rim.

Thanks for all of your replies! I won't have much time this week to do a write up. I will have to take it off to get some write up picks. I didn't know I was going to get this much response otherwise I would have done a write up right away. More info to come. I will later drill a hole and mount a back up camera. You could also mount Reverse lights. Etc.
