Mine looked just like that, here in Ohio. Got off work, walked out, couldn't get the button to push in for the doorlatch....kept smacking it, all the ice was off the outside, but there was ice in and around it....had a helluva time! Finally got it, THEN, I couldn't get the door to open!!

So finally everything busted loose, so I could get in to my ice scraper......oh, those windows were a treat!
