I'm not doubting you, but I can't make out a strap in any of those photos. Were any of them taken while hooked up and pulling?

If you look really close on the ground you can see it. There's no tension on the strap yet.

The Cop wanted to watch while i pulled and did not realize that it was a digital video camera so he gave it back to me before i started pulling.

You should have told him that unless he records the whole thing on camera, you're not towing anyone

I did the same thing to one of them food service trucks the day before and 2 more of Wa's finest thaugh "NO WAY", then i came back to to haul an other and they asked if i was crazy.
