All kidding aside, how good/bad of choice is this engine for a buggy given that you are shedding a couple thousand lbs of load from a production JK?
see for yourself, https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...=46157&page=11

SLC built this bad boy earlier this year and its powered by a 3.8l as well

Camp hit it right on the head! I tried to nudge him into a v8, but to keep it a true Jk 3.8L it is.

Is that you way of saying you had a customer commission you to build him this buggy, or is the owner(s) of the shop doing it to show case your work?

Had to bring this pic over from the other thread 'cause it is so.....well, damn.

I have to say this is as much flex as I have ever seen. I just read through that thread and your craftsmanship is awesome. It has made the urge for me to build my own rock buggy come back…..bad.

We are building this buggy for a customer. Here are some more photos from today. I ran out of tubing, so more in a few days. Adam
