Jeeps in beautiful places
#684
My apologies for the camera phone of the first photo. I was so mad at myself for forgetting my camera. It was a rainy/foggy day in the Sonoran Desert was so amazing looking to me compared to an average day as seen in the rest of the pictures of the same place. This is a quick getaway, about 6 miles from my home in Marana, AZ in the Tortolita Mountains.

I'm going to share a secret. Earlier this month, I came across this thread and looked at all 73 pages over the course of the next few days. I can attest to the fact that this thread single-handedly caused me to trade in my beloved Subaru WRX and buy a 2009 Unlimited JK.
Last year, I was lucky enough to rent a Rubicon while I was in San Diego visiting my boss. That was the first time I ever drove a Jeep in my life. I have to admit it was kind of noisy with the windows zipped out. It was fun though. Here's a few shots I took right outside our branch office overlooking the San Diego Charger's practice facility.
