It is beautiful there. I used to spend 2-3 weeks there training every March before starting my racing season (road bike). I would stay in Cherokee, North Carolina and ride up over to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It was about a 75 mile round trip. Added more miles heading up to Clingman's Dome. Miss those times.
