State Farm refunded my deductible - which they said would happen if they won the subjugation.
We contacted the dealer and asked to have a refund for the service work done at the time of the recall, they refused. One week later, we got a check in the mail, refunding the service fee.
No apology from them or Jeep and keep in mind, they also blocked my T V news interview from being aired.
Maybe I can get in on some Class Action! Lots of Jeep fires in the news now.
Oh yes, I am gone from here. If that makes me a jerk - have your Jeep burn to the ground - see how you feel.

total crap for your jeep-loss...
someone somewhere should take the dealer to task for this...
get on to national chrysler...
tell them you have put your video on you-tube...
tell them it should go viral and ruin their sales...
tell them they need to make amends...it's their dealers fault...
you MUST have some comeback for this...
