Are there any billboards near the dealership? I would consult with a lawyer first but a giant billboard with your burning jeep saying it left the dealer 10 minutes prior should get some attention and since it's a fact, I can't see you would get heat about it.
I'm sad about a few things here. First of all the loss of your Jeep in such a way and the terror your wife went through is absolutely horrible. I'm thankful she is ok and your kiddos weren't along. I'm so sorry you have to deal with a bunch of asinine people whether it be the dealer, the insurance, or even some people who have responded to this thread. No matter what, keep your head up and there are plenty of us who are willing to help you. Let us know how much a billboard costs!!!

Yes, post the name of the dealership! My buddy had this happen to him a year ago and had the entire jeep replaced under his full-coverage. After the fact his company went after Chrysler for the full amount of the claim. I'll have to check with him on the final outcome and how much (if any) the insurance company got back.
